This easy naan pizza recipe is made in under 30 minutes with Thai peanut chicken, red onion, pineapple & mozzarella for a delicious combination of flavors!
Naan, naan, naan, I seriously can’t get enough naan in my life!
From La-Naan-A (yes, that’s lasagna made with garlic naan – life changing!), to Indian Naan Tacos, to Naan Pizza Rolls, I will pretty much find any way I can to eat more of this delicious Indian Flatbread!
For today’s naan inspired recipe, I’m making an easy naan pizza!
Traditional, or garlic naan, makes the perfect base for an easy pizza recipe. No need to prep any pizza dough, just toss your favorite toppings on the naan, bake and enjoy!
For this easy naan pizza recipe, I grilled up some chicken with my favorite Thai Peanut Sauce, then topped the naan with more Thai Peanut Sauce, the grilled chicken, red onion and pineapple. I absolutely love the combination of pineapple & Thai Peanut Sauce, like in this recipe for Thai Peanut Pineapple Veggie Rice Bowls!
I finished the naan pizza with a topping of carrots, green onions, cilantro and crushed peanuts for fresh flavor and a bit of crunch!

How to make Easy Naan Pizza with Thai Peanut Chicken
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spread 2 tbsp peanut sauce on the chicken. Grill the chicken on a grill pan or indoor grill. Remove the chicken from the grill and dice.
Spread the remaining ½ cup peanut sauce equally between the two pieces of naan.
Top with the grilled chicken, red onion, pineapple and mozzarella cheese.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with the shredded carrots, green onions, cilantro and peanuts.
Slice and serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the naan pizza.
The great thing about making your own naan pizza at home is putting whatever toppings you’d like on it!
Think pineapple on pizza is just plain crazy? No worries, leave it off and add some red bell peppers! Not a fan of carrots? Substitute bean sprouts instead!
No matter what toppings you add to this Thai Peanut Chicken Naan Pizza, I promise you’re going to love it!
Whether it’s an easy dinner recipe you’re looking for, or the perfect pizza to share with friends on Superbowl Sunday, this easy naan pizza recipe is always a delicious choice!
