Peaches are one of my favorite things to grill in the summer (hello Grilled Fruit Sangria & Grilled Peach BBQ Sauce!) and after trying Silk’s new Peach Almondmilk Yogurt Alternative, I knew that it would be amazing on top of grilled peaches!

To create this vegan parfait recipe, I added my favorite vegan pumpkin seed & flax granola on top of the almond milk yogurt with a little drizzle of maple syrup, and all I can say is WOW, these parfaits are delicious!

I prepared the parfaits in Half Pint Mason Jars so I could easily put a lid on top and save them for later or take them to a picnic!

These delicious little parfaits could be served as breakfast or dessert, but no matter what time of day you serve them, I know you’re going to love them!

Vegan Parfait Ingredients

  • 3 peaches
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 (5.3 oz) containers Silk Almondmilk Peach Yogurt Alternative
  • 2 cups granola
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Vegan Parfait Instructions

Preheat a grill to medium.  Quarter and deseed the peaches.

In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll the peaches in the cinnamon sugar mix.

Place the peaches on the grill.

Grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

You can leave the skins on or remove the skin from the peaches after they’ve cooled.

Divide the grilled peaches between 8 half pint mason jars.

Divide the Silk Almondmilk Yogurt between the mason jars on top of the peaches.

Vegan Parfait with Grilled Peaches

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  • Place the peaches on the grill.
  • Grill for 2-3 minutes per side.

  • Divide the grilled peaches between 8 half pint mason jars.
  • Divide the Silk Almondmilk Yogurt between the mason jars on top of the peaches.
  • Top with granola, then drizzle with maple syrup.
