To make these cheesy chicken ranch wraps, all you have to do is fill the tortillas with cheddar cheese, shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and mozzarella cheese, wrap them up then grill them on a skillet or in a grill pan for 2-3 minutes.

The result is a wrap that’s creamy and cheesy on the inside but crisp and flavorful on the outside!

Cheesy Chicken Ranch Wraps

It only takes 10 minutes to make these easy Cheesy Chicken Ranch Wraps! They're made with Mission Gluten Free tortillas to create a delicious gluten free lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 6 Mission® Gluten Free Soft Taco Tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • ¾ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Lay the tortillas flat. 
  • Add ¼ cup of cheddar cheese to the middle of each tortilla, top with ¼ cup of chicken, drizzle with 2 tbsp ranch dressing and top with ¼ cup mozzarella cheese. 
  • Wrap up burrito style, folding two sides in first, then rolling tight. 
  • Place in a large skillet or on a grill pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side. 

Notes

For the cooked, shredded chicken, you can purchase a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store and shred it at home to use in the recipe. You can also use an Instant Pot or pressure cooker to pressure cook chicken breasts, then shred them for use in the recipe.
