Dad’s FAMOUS Captain Crunch Chicken Tenders

Pulse Captain Crunch cereal in a blender until it turns into a fine crumb mixture.

On a separate surface combine flour, salt, and pepper.

Soak chicken in milk, salt, and pepper.

Coat chicken in flour.

Dip the floured chicken in whisked eggs.

Roll in  Captain Crunch crumbs.

Fry the coated chicken.

Carefully use forks to flip halfway through.
