Vegetarian General Tso's Cauliflower

Ingredients you'll need

Prepare the General Tso's sauce.

Combine rice flour & egg yolk to make the batter.

Dip each piece of cauliflower into the batter.

Pan fry until crispy.

Let excess oil drip off on a paper towel lined plate.

Add the cauliflower to the bowl with the sauce.

Toss to coat.

Serve with rice for an amazing meal!
