Meaty, cheesy, buffalo sauce deliciousness, it really doesn’t get much better than that!

This recipe was inspired by a popular WhitneyBond.com party app, Buffalo Cheesy Sausage Balls. A recipe which I actually whipped up earlier today for a fun event.

The event was the Cox Communications Smart Home event in Gainesville, Florida, where I was sharing how to use my Amazon Alexa App “Whitney Bond’s Recipe Search“.

The app will verbally walk you through any recipe on WhitneyBond.com totally hands free! I also shared how to use WiFi devices in the kitchen, like this WiFi Crock Pot and WiFi Coffee Maker.

It’s pretty cool how much you can do with technology and Cox High Speed internet in every room of the house, and that’s what this event was all about!

I spent the day tweeting, snapchatting, posting to my Instagram Story and going live on Facebook to share a behind-the-scenes look inside the Cox Smart Home Kitchen. Check it out and learn how to use some sweet WiFi devices in the kitchen and how to use my Amazon Alexa app!

Now let’s get to this delicious meatloaf recipe!

I wanted to create a “dinner version” of the popular buffalo cheesy sausage ball party app, so I came up with this cheesy meatloaf recipe, and boy am I glad I did!

Use your hands, or a spatula, to combine everything, then press into a pan.

Kurt bought me this square springform pan specifically for the purpose of making meatloaves!

Yes, I know it says “dessert pan” but this is seriously the perfect pan for a meatloaf!

I always struggled with getting meatloaves out of a loaf pan, enter square springform pan. Easily pop off the sides after the meatloaf is baked and slice it up. Seriously, so much easier than a loaf pan!

Also, any grease drains out into the lip around the bottom of the pan, instead of pooling on top of, or around the meatloaf, like with a loaf pan.

Needless to say, the square springform pan has changed my meatloaf game!

Now that I’ve gone on and on about pans, let’s place the cheesy meatloaf in the oven and cook for 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven, brush with the additional ¼ cup buffalo sauce and top with the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.

Place back into the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
