I actually spent “National Grilled Cheese Day” with my friends at Cox Communications in Phoenix, AZ setting up another awesome “Cox Smart Home” event! In case you missed it, I chatted all about the last event in Gainesville, FL (and shared a delicious meatloaf recipe!) in this post in March.
I also shared a “behind the scenes” look at my Cox Smart Home Kitchen in Phoenix on Facebook Live! While I didn’t whip up a grilled cheese sandwich that day, I did share some cheesy deliciousness with this Green Chili Queso Dip!
