Roasted jalapenos, cream cheese & crispy bacon are stuffed into these delicious grilled hamburger stuffed sliders, perfect for Summer BBQ’s & parties!
Today’s post is sponsored by King’s Hawaiian!
This time last year, I introduced King’s Hawaiian Jalapeño Rolls for the first time in a recipe for Roasted Jalapeno Honey Carne Asada Sliders. This recipe still remains one of my all time favorites!
As soon as I tried one bite of those sweet and spicy jalapeño rolls, I was hooked!
Up until recently you could only find the rolls online, but I have some fantastic news, they are now available in stores nationwide!
I was so excited when I received the news, I couldn’t wait to grab a couple of bags! One bag, of course to eat as a snack, and one to make a new recipe with!
For the recipe, I decided to take one of my favorite party apps, the jalapeño popper and stuff it into a delicious slider!
It’s just as amazing as it sounds, cream cheese, crispy bacon, flavorful roasted jalapeños oozing out of a perfectly grilled burger on a soft, scrumptious King’s Hawaiian Jalapeño Roll!
These stuffed sliders are pure deliciousness!
Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Sliders Ingredients
- 6 bacon slices (cooked & crumbled)
- 2 jalapenos (roasted, peeled, de-seeded & diced)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 12 King’s Hawaiian Jalapeño Rolls
Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Sliders Instructions
Begin by cooking and crumbling the bacon, then roasting the jalapeños.
To roast the jalapeños, place them under the broiler, or on the grill, until black and bubbling, then place them in a plastic bag and seal closed for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the bag and peel the skin from the jalapeños. De-stem, de-seed and dice the jalapeños.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, bacon and jalapeños.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt and pepper, then form 12 small sliders with small wells in the middle of each.
Spoon the cream cheese, bacon, jalapeño mix into the well of the sliders.
Wrap the meat around the cream cheese.
Place on a grill over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes per side.
Top with cheddar cheese and serve on King’s Hawaiian Jalapeño Rolls.
Voila! The perfect summer stuffed sliders are served!
