Small pumpkin spiced burger patties are topped with pumpkin chili and served on Hawaiian rolls in this delicious fall recipe twist on chili sliders!
Welcome to day two of Pumpkin Week on the blog! Today I created a new recipe from one of my favorite existing recipes, Pumpkin Chili!
I love taking existing recipes and using them in new and creative ways, it gives me a great excuse to make my favorite recipes over and over again! 😉
For these Pumpkin Chili Sliders, I took my delicious Slow Cooker Pumpkin Chili and added it to Pumpkin Spiced Sliders. I know it might sound crazy, but it’s just so crazy that it works!
The pumpkin spices give the burger patties a ton of flavor, while the chili on top adds a little sweetness and a little heat. I served these chili sliders on hawaiian rolls which compliment the slight sweetness of the chili just perfectly!

Pumpkin Chili Sliders Instructions

Either grill or cook the sliders in a cast iron skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side.
Two minutes before removing from the grill or skillet, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each slider burger patty.
Place each slider burger patty on the bottom of a King’s Hawaiian Roll.
Top each slider burger with a tablespoon of chili.
You can also add pickled jalapeños, cilantro, or your choice of toppings!
Now you have two reasons to cook up a crock pot full of scrumptious pumpkin chili this weekend!
