I partnered up with Bundaberg to create this delicious cocktail with their tasty ginger beer!

It’s summer time, and the living’s easy! Time to pour up a glass of this refreshing ginger lemonade recipe and relax!

Memorial Day weekend is on the horizon (like it starts tomorrow, woo hoo!) and I came up with the perfect cocktail to celebrate the occasion, Spiked Ginger Lemonade.

It’s essentially a combination of homemade lemonade and a Moscow Mule and it’s incredible!

For this spiked ginger lemonade recipe, I combined ginger beer, lemon juice, simple syrup and vodka. Four simple ingredients that combine for the most delicious cocktail!

Bundaberg Ginger Beer is non-alcoholic, so if you leave out the vodka, this drink also makes a great “mocktail”.

Spiked Ginger Lemonade Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 lemons (juiced) + 1 lemon for garnish
  • 8 oz vodka
  • 2 (12.7 oz) bottles Bundaberg Ginger Beer

Combine the sugar and water in a small pot over high heat. Stir continuously until the sugar has dissolved and the liquid comes to a boil. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.

Once cooled, add the lemon juice and stir to combine.

Fill 4 glasses with ice, pour ¼ of this mixture into each glass. Add 2 oz of vodka to each glass with 6 oz Bundaberg Ginger Beer.

Garnish each glass with a lemon wedge and serve.

I served this recipe in copper mugs because I love that they keep the spiked ginger lemonade nice and cold, but any glass, mason jar or cup will work!
