Easy Low Carb Blueberry Muffins

What you'll need

Combine dry ingredients.

Melt coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave.

Whisk in almond milk, eggs and vanilla extract.

Mix in dry ingredients and blueberries.

Spoon batter into a prepared muffin tin.

Bake to perfection!
