Ingredients you'll need

Add steaks to bags with garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary.

Seal the bags with a vacuum sealer or in plastic zipper bags.

Submerge the bags in a pot filled with water.

Set the sous vide  to 129°F for  medium-rare.

Sear the steaks on high heat.

Finish with butter for extra flavor!
