Gluten Free S’Mores Waffles combine all of your favorite ingredients from the campfire treat in a delicious & simple breakfast recipe!
It’s breakfast, it’s dessert, it’s bre-sert? Whatever you want to call it, it’s delicious!
While I’ve always had a love for Chocolate Chip Waffles, the idea for S’Mores waffles came after watching an episode of Sex and The City.
Yes, you heard me right, the idea for S’Mores Waffles came from an episode of Sex and The City. How you ask?
Well, I was watching the episode last night when Carrie started dating Burger (the post it note guy, yeah, remember that gem?) Any who, he listened to a sound machine at night that played camping noises, when Carrie asked about it, he told her to just pretend they were camping and that he would make her S’Mores for breakfast.
BOOM! I was planning to make waffles for breakfast this morning, then after watching that fateful Sex and The City episode, those waffles became S’Mores Waffles! Yes, this is actually how I come up with recipes…. in very, very random ways!
It’s your favorite campfire treat in the form of a waffle, what’s not to love? Substitute Premium Gold Gluten Free Flour for traditional flour and boom, they’re now a gluten-less breakfast-y dessert-y treat!
