Healthy Turkey Lettuce Wraps
These PF Chang's copycat turkey lettuce wraps, made in only 15 minutes, are prepared with lean ground turkey, making them a healthy & gluten free option!

onion

soy sauce

tamari for gluten free

tbsp
smooth peanut butter

tbsp
honey
2
tbsp
rice wine vinegar

tbsp
Sriracha
2
tsp
fresh ginger

grated
½
tsp
Chinese five spice
8
oz
can whole water chestnuts
,
drained & diced
2
green onions
,
thinly sliced
½
tsp
kosher salt

tsp
ground black pepper

head butter lettuce
Instructions
Add the sesame oil to a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add the ground turkey, garlic and onion, cook 5-7 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through.
Add the soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, ginger and Chinese five spice.
Stir together and cook 3-4 minutes.
Add the water chestnuts, green onions, salt and pepper, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and spoon the turkey mixture into leaves of butter lettuce.
