Ingredients
1lbsirloin steak, sliced against the grain
½cupoyster sauce
½cupsoy sauce
¼cupsesame oil
1tbspmirin, sweet cooking rice wine
½tbspblack pepper
1cupbeef broth
8ozrice noodles
1cupbroccoli
¼cupscallions, sliced
Instructions
Add the beef to a slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, black pepper and beef broth, pour into the slow cooker.
Set to low and cook for 6 hours, or cook on high for 3-4 hours.
About 15-20 minutes before serving, add the rice noodles and broccoli to the slow cooker, make sure the rice noodles are under the liquid in the slow cooker.
Replace the cover and continue to cook on low for 15-20 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
Top with the scallions and serve.
