Pork Chop Suey
This easy Chinese Pork Chop Suey recipe combines pork, veggies & a delicious Asian sauce, served over white rice, topped with crispy chow mein noodles!

ground pork

crushed red pepper flakes

tsp
chinese five spice

cup
bean sprouts

tbsp
oyster sauce

tbsp
mirin

cooking rice wine

tbsp
soy sauce

cup
chicken broth

tbsp
cornstarch

cups
cooked rice
½
cup
crispy chow mein noodles
Instructions
Add the sesame oil to a large skillet or wok over medium high heat.
Add the celery, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, ginger and scallions, saute 1-2 minutes.
Add the ground pork, red pepper flakes and Chinese five spice.
Cook until the pork is no longer pink, 4-5 minutes.
Add the bean sprouts, saute for 1-2 minutes.
Combine the oyster sauce, mirin rice wine, soy sauce, chicken broth and cornstarch in a medium bowl, pour into the skillet, cook 4-5 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
Top with crispy chow mein noodles.
