Chinese Orange Glazed Salmon Foil Dinner
An easy Chinese orange sauce is prepared & brushed over Orange Glazed Salmon & colorful vegetables in this healthy, simple, 29 minute foil dinner recipe!

brown sugar

salmon
,
sliced into 2 fillets

red bell pepper
,
sliced
1
cup
carrots
,
sliced diagonally

cup
sugar snap peas
1
cup
broccoli florets

cloves
garlic
,
sliced

onion
,
sliced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a small bowl to make the orange sauce.
Place the salmon in two large foil baskets on a baking sheet.
Scatter the bell pepper, carrots, peas, broccoli, garlic and onion around each piece of salmon.
Brush half of the orange sauce on the salmon and over the veggies.
Reserve the remaining orange sauce for later.
Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, stir the vegetables, then brush the remaining orange sauce on the salmon and over the vegetables.
Place back into the oven for an additional 7-10 minutes.
