Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Spread the pizza dough out on a baking stone.
Brush with the olive oil, then top with the sliced pears, diced pancetta, sliced garlic, mozzarella balls and fresh basil.
Bake for 15 minutes, then drizzle with the balsamic reduction.
