Greek Nachos
Traditional nachos are given a Greek twist in this recipe that tops pita chips with chickpeas, sun dried tomatoes & lots of great Greek flavors!

sun dried tomatoes

capers

can chickpeas

drained & rinsed

pita chips

kaseri or muenster cheese

shredded

tzatziki sauce
¼
cup
feta cheese

crumbled
¼
cup
kalamata olives
¼
cup
green onions
,
diced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat.
When hot, add the garlic to the oil and saute 1-2 minutes, then add the ground turkey.
Cook through, then add the oregano, salt and pepper.
Add the sun dried tomatoes, capers and chickpeas.
Mix everything together, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Arrange the pita chips in a single layer on a large oven-safe plate or baking sheet.
Top with the turkey mixture, then sprinkle the shredded muenster cheese over the top.
Place in the oven until the cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes.
Drizzle the tzatziki sauce over the nachos. Top with the feta cheese, olives and green onions.
