Ingredients
1lbchicken breast, sliced into cubes
10key limes, 4 juiced - 6 sliced into quarters
2tbsptaco seasoning
Instructions
Place the chicken in a bowl and squeeze 4 of the key limes over the chicken.
Add the taco seasoning and toss to coat.
Skewer the chicken with the quartered key limes.
Place on an indoor or outdoor grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, flipping half way through.
