Boston Sausage and Peppers
This recipe is a re-creation of the famous Boston Sausage & Peppers at Fenway Park with grilled Italian sausage, topped with sauteed peppers & onions!

spicy Italian sausages

hot dog buns
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
Once the oil has heated up, add the peppers and onions to the skillet.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, then add the sausages to the grill and continue sautéing the peppers and onions.
Cook the sausages for 10 minutes, flipping half way through cooking.
Place the buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, remove everything from the grill, place the sausages in the buns and top with the peppers and onions.
