carrots

sliced

pearl onions

broccoflower
,
or traditional broccoli

cloves
garlic

chicken broth
,
or vegetable broth for vegetarian
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Add the snow peas, carrots, onions and broccoflower.
Saute for 3-5 minutes. Add the garlic and saute for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken broth and reduce the heat to low.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken broth has absorbed into the vegetables.
